Health Advisory – December 18, 2025

We are seeing more students with high fevers, flu‑like symptoms, and vomiting across the Hempstead School District. The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has also reported increased flu activity across New York State this season. Please reference the NYSDOH Advisory dated December 9, 2025.

This is not a reason to panic, but it is an important time to be extra careful.
