Welcome Back JAM families! 

I hope you all had an amazing summer filled with joy, adventure, and precious family moments! As we welcome your children back to Joseph A. McNeil School for the 2025-26 school year, I am thrilled to introduce myself as your new Interim Assistant Principal. 

This year, we are embracing the powerful theme of "Believe, Inspire, Achieve, Innovate", words that will guide every aspect of our International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) experience. As a proud IB World School, we are committed to nurturing globally minded learners who are equipped to make a positive difference in our world. 

When we believe in every child's unlimited potential, inspire them to explore and discover, support them as they achieve their goals, and encourage them to innovate and think creatively, we create an environment where extraordinary learning happens. 

This year, we will continue to implement the 7 Mindsets framework throughout all grade levels, creating a consistent language of growth and excellence that your children will experience from kindergarten through fifth grade. This approach will help us build a strong, unified school culture where every child knows they belong, can grow, and truly matter.
